XAG

XAG develops a broad portfolio of agricultural robotics that combine purpose-built hardware with deeply integrated autonomy and control software. Its lineup includes agricultural drones, unmanned ground rovers like the R100 and R200, autopilot consoles, smart fertigation systems, and supporting IoT devices. Across these platforms, XAG’s embedded software stack—anchored by its SuperX intelligent control system—enables autonomous navigation, centimeter-level positioning, AI-assisted obstacle avoidance, path planning, and precision application of inputs such as spraying and spreading. Complementary tools like onboard field mapping and mobile apps for mission planning and live monitoring position XAG’s machines as “smart farm co-pilots,” capable of operating safely and efficiently with minimal human intervention.

From a commercial perspective, XAG operates a hardware-led business model in which equipment is sold through a global distributor and dealer network. Software capabilities are bundled tightly with the hardware, and recurring revenue is driven by the ongoing lifecycle of the installed base: batteries and chargers, service and maintenance, replacement parts, accessories, connectivity infrastructure (such as real-time kinematic positioning equipment), and ecosystem add-ons that expand what the machines can do over time. This positions XAG as a hybrid hardware-plus-software company in which intelligence is a core differentiator, but monetization remains grounded in scalable product sales and long-term customer support.
