Treon builds wireless vibration sensors that detect early signs of bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment, and electrical faults on rotating industrial equipment, then routes the readings into a cloud platform that turns them into prescriptive maintenance work orders. The hardware lineup runs from the simplified Treon Industrial Node C, optimized for conveyors and gearboxes with up to five-year battery life and Bluetooth Low Energy, to the higher-precision Treon Industrial Node X, which captures tri-axial vibration up to 6.3 kHz plus magnetometer data for electric-motor diagnostics over a Wirepas wireless mesh. The Treon Industrial Node 6 EX adds certification for hazardous atmospheres, and the Treon Gateway handles cellular, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet backhaul. Everything routes into Treon Connect, a cloud platform with AI anomaly detection, an integrated workflow manager, and a mobile technician app. Three solution bundles sit on top of Treon Connect: Treon Flow for material handling conveyors, Treon Make for manufacturing lines, and Treon Move for mixed heavy-vehicle fleets in ports and mining, powered by the Treon Edge Sense vehicle device.

Treon sells its sensors and gateways as hardware while charging recurring fees for the platform and its solution variants, a Hardware-enabled SaaS model that Treon describes as a fully managed service with scalable subscription pricing. The hardware ships into industrial sites and the cloud layer carries the recurring work: model training, AI anomaly detection, over-the-air updates to gateways, workflow management, and the mobile app technicians use day to day. Treon Flow and Treon Make are available on AWS Marketplace, so buyers can procure through existing AWS commitments. Because the AI models keep learning from each customer fleet, the value of the installed sensors grows across deployment lifetime, which is what keeps customers paying rather than treating the hardware as a one-time capital purchase.
