Company overview

RoboCT builds powered lower-limb exoskeletons for two distinct customer segments: hospitals running clinical rehabilitation programs and consumers seeking everyday mobility assistance. The medical line centers on the UGO Exoskeleton 2025, a hospital-grade rehab device, alongside the original UGO for stroke and spinal-cord-injury patients, the KidGo pediatric exoskeleton for cerebral palsy, the URA Multi-Pos system for orthopedic rehabilitation, and the UFU standing-and-transfer aid. Each device pairs an exoskeleton frame with a cloud-based platform that handles real-time gait monitoring, remote therapist oversight, and patient-specific training adjustments, so the recurring relationship runs through both the hardware and the data feeding back to the clinical team. A separate consumer line of GoGo, GoGo-H, and EasyGo extends the platform from the clinic into everyday mobility for elder care and outdoor scenic-area use, plus an overseas-market consumer brand called Ascentiz targeting hiking and walking in North America. RoboCT designs and manufactures the hardware in-house and operates a manufacturing base in Wuxi for consumer-grade scale-up.

The medical commercial model is an explicit robots-as-a-service program. RoboCT calls it "Rehabilitation as a Service" on its homepage: hospitals license the exoskeleton rather than buying it outright, with terms negotiated by region and rehabilitation stage. The recurring relationship runs through both the device, which RoboCT continues to own and update, and the integrated clinical workflow that the company wraps around each deployment, including therapist training, data analytics, and joint operations with rehabilitation centers and home-care settings. Outside the medical channel, RoboCT operates a separate consumer hardware-as-a-service variant: a scenic-area rental program (Mount Fuji adopted GoGo-H in August 2025) and a direct consumer business through GoGo, EasyGo, and Ascentiz.
